/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;[They say that Sir Thomas Tregoz holds Dadesham together as one with Preston and Waldrington, as extents of the Manor of Garinges, of Sir Robert de Monte Alto by service of 5½ knights’ fees].&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The extent of the manor of DADESHAM made there on Thursday next after the Purification in the 14th year of the reign of King Edward son of King Edward, Sir Thomas Tregoz being there, in the presence of Sir William de Wolverte, knight, Sir Richard de Garboldesham, chaplain, John Peverel, by Henry de Stanstret’, Nicholas le Frye, freeman, and by Simon atte Mede, William atte Brok’, Alan atte Rugge, Nicholas atte Bokemote, jurors.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;They say that the manor is held of Sir Robert de Monte Alto as is shown in the extent of Garymgg’.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;They say that there is there 1 messuage with garden and the pasture of the garden is worth 12d. yearly, and in ordinary years ir accounts for 1 cask of cider worth 10s.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sum of value of the garden 11s. yearly.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;They say that there is there 1 watermill worth 13s. 4d. yearly.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Also they say that in le Welleham there are 5 a. ½ r. 5 p. worth 2s. 6¾d. at 6d an acre and where it must be sown with wheat it is possible to sow an acre with 2 bushels of wheat or rye and when
